We’ve outlined our current advice in line with government guidelines to help keep you and your employees safe.

Precautionary Measures

As ever, we continue to take a number of precautions to ensure your safety at all times:

All communal surfaces in Huddle, including teapoints, break-out and refreshment areas are cleaned and disinfected regularly following Public Health England guidelines.

We regularly sanitise high-traffic items such as door handles and access buttons.

We regularly disinfect, clean and sanitize the WCs and landlord changing areas.

All common workspaces are cleaned and disinfected every night.

Hand sanitizer stations are are available throughout common parts of the building.

Air handling units have been set to supply 100% fresh air where possible. If your office does not have mechanical air supply, please open windows to provide ventilation.

General Guidance For Offices

Our buildings have remained fully operational throughout the pandemic by implementing strict safety measures. We need your help to continue this:

If you have any COVID-19 symptoms, please stay at home.

Please be patient and respectful of others at all times.

Member Access

If you, your employees or any visitors fall into any of the categories below, please stay offsite and isolated for a period of seven days:

You have tested ‘positive’ for COVID-19.

You have been in close contact but are not fully vaccinated
