Coworking FAQs
Coworking at Huddle starts from just £30 for a Day Pass; no contract, no catch, just turn up and get to work. Monthly memberships run from £110 for 5 Coworking days a month, up to £350 for Unlimited (as much Coworking as you can handle) and if you want a permanent spot to call your own, Dedicated Desks start from £425 a month including a monthly Meeting Room allowance and 24/7 access.
Day Passes and Coworking membership plans operate Monday to Friday, 8:30am–6pm.
Browse the full Coworking price list or see what a Private Serviced Office looks like if your team’s ready for more room.
A Day Pass is Huddle with zero commitment: £30 buys you a full working day in the space, no contract required. A Membership is for when you’re in more often: tiers run from 5 days a month up to Unlimited with increasing savings, the more days you purchase. Both Day Passes and Memberships come with the same run of benefits: enterprise-grade WiFi, breakout zones, phone booths, access to book Meeting Rooms, complimentary tea and coffee, billed app-based printing, discounts at our Huddle Cafés and invites to member events, plus free business support through our partnership with Barclays Eagle Labs.
Still deciding? Start with a Day Pass at Hammersmith, Fulham, or Wimbledon and take it from there.
We do! Our Unlimited Membership, from £350 a month, gets you into hot desks every working day, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–6pm. Need to get in outside those hours? A Dedicated Desk with 24/7 access, or a Private Serviced Office of your own, is probably a better fit.
Every Coworking membership comes fully loaded: enterprise-grade WiFi, breakout zones and quiet spaces for when you actually need to concentrate, phone booths, billed app-based printing, free-flowing tea and coffee, 10% off drinks at Huddle Cafés and business support through our Barclays Eagle Labs partnership. You’ll also receive access to book Meeting Rooms, plus invites to monthly member events.
Absolutely! Our flexible, contract-free Coworking plans are built with freelancers, startups and small teams in mind, so you get a proper workspace without signing your life away on a lease. Start with a Day Pass or a low-commitment monthly plan, then scale up to a Dedicated Desk or a Private Serviced Office as the team grows, all without leaving your Hammersmith, Fulham, or Wimbledon home turf.
Yes, Dedicated Desks start from £425 a month without a fixed monitor, or £475 with one, so you get the same spot every time (and 24/7 access to go with it) instead of hunting for a free hot desk. You also receive a monthly Meeting Room allowance and even a dedicated locker. It’s the sweet spot between Coworking and having your own office. Get in touch to book one, or see how it compares to a Private Serviced Office.
Huddle Coworking is up and running at three London spots: Hammersmith, Fulham and Wimbledon. Same great plans and perks wherever you land, so pick whichever’s closest to home, or switch it up if life takes you elsewhere.
Yes, all Coworking members are able to book a variety of Meeting Rooms and Boardrooms at each location. Meeting Room pricing starts from £30 an hour for Meeting Rooms and £75 for Boardrooms, subject to location and size.
And you don’t have to be a member at all. Huddle’s Meeting Rooms are open to everyone, so they’re just as easy to book for an external guest as they are for that client call of your own. Check out our booking portal to see live availability.
One calendar month, and that’s it. All Huddle memberships run on a one-month cancellation policy, so a single month is as short as it gets — no long lease, no tie-in, no small print. Want even less commitment than that? A Day Pass from £30 gets you in for the day with nothing to cancel at all.
Our Fulham and Wimbledon locations both welcome well-behaved dogs inside, so your four-legged colleague is welcome to come to work with you. One rule: in Coworking and communal areas, dogs need to stay on leads. Hammersmith, sadly, isn’t dog friendly so it’s worth planning around if you’re a Hammersmith regular with a dog in tow.
Absolutely. We run monthly events at every location and they’re deliberately varied — different themes, different formats, so it’s not the same room and the same lanyard every month. Have a look at our Events page to see what’s coming up (and what you’ve just missed).
Indeed we do. If you’d like to try before you buy, drop the teams at Hammersmith, Fulham or Wimbledon an email and they’ll sort a trial day out for you, subject to availability. No obligation, no hard sell — just come and see whether the space suits how you work.
Yes, within reason. Each member can bring one visitor for up to an hour in our breakout spaces which are ideal for a quick catch-up or an informal meeting. Beyond the hour, your guest will be charged for a Day Pass. If you know it’s going to run long, or you’d rather have a door that closes, book a Meeting Room from £30 an hour instead.
We can. Monitors are available at all three locations, subject to availability, and are bookable as a Premium Day Pass on the Huddle website. If you’d rather not think about it every morning, a Dedicated Desk with a monitor from £475 a month means the screen’s already there waiting for you, along with 24/7 access.
Up to three colleagues from the same company can use our Coworking space at any one time. If you need more desks than that, you’ve probably outgrown hot desking — that’s exactly what our Private Serviced Offices are for, with all bills included and room to grow. Get in touch and we’ll find you the right size.
Afraid not. Memberships are assigned to an individual, so they can’t be shared or passed around between colleagues, even within the same company. If a few of you need access, each person takes their own membership (up to three in Coworking at any one time), or a Private Serviced Office gives the whole team a space of its own.
Private Serviced Office FAQs
Private Serviced Offices at Huddle start from £50 an hour if you just need a Day Office, £500 a month for a Monthly Office on a flexible rolling deal, or get in touch for pricing on an Annual Office if you’re putting down roots. Every option but the hourly Day Office comes with 24/7 access and you’ll find offices at Hammersmith, Fulham and Wimbledon. If your team’s smaller or more footloose, Coworking might work out cheaper.
Everything, basically. Huddle’s all-inclusive pricing covers rent, utilities, business rates, internet, cleaning, maintenance and security, so there’s nothing lurking in the small print. You’ll also get enterprise-grade WiFi, breakout zones, phone booths, a monthly allowance of bookable Meeting Rooms and secure app-based printing, complimentary tea and coffee, discounts at our Huddle Cafés and invites to member events, plus free business support through our partnership with Barclays Eagle Labs.
As flexible as you need them to be. Book a Day Office by the hour with zero commitment, take a Monthly Office on a rolling agreement, or go Annual if you’re settling in for the long haul. Outgrown your space, or need less of it? Move up, move down, step into Coworking, or graduate to a Huddle Enterprise office once a Serviced Office isn’t quite enough room anymore.
Yes! Desks, high-speed WiFi, the lot: all set up and waiting before you even arrive. No fit-out, no faff, no unexpected setup costs. Book a look round at Hammersmith, Fulham, or Wimbledon before you decide.
They do. Serviced Office tenants get the run of the same breakout zones, tea and coffee, cafés, events and networking as our Coworking members, plus Barclays Eagle Labs business support. So you get your own private space without missing out on the buzz.
A Private Serviced Office is a physical, lockable room your team actually works from, priced from £50 an hour up to a fully kitted-out monthly office from £500. A Virtual Office is more of a smart address for your business: a registered address, mail handling and, on the higher tiers, someone answering your calls, all from £70 a month, with no physical space. Great if you’re working from home but don’t want your business to sound like it.
Yep, our Day Office is bookable from £50 an hour with no minimum contract, so a single day, one big meeting, or a short project is no problem at all. If you find yourself back again and again, a Monthly Office from £500 will save you money in the long run.
All three of them, Hammersmith, Fulham and Wimbledon, have Serviced Offices ready and waiting, so pick whichever suits your team and your commute.
Yes, of course. On top of your own office, you can book Huddle’s Meeting Rooms and depending on your location, that’s anything from cosy four-person pods to full Event Spaces for the bigger stuff. Handy for pitches, training days, or the odd all-hands that won’t fit round your desk. You get a monthly allowance of Meeting Room bookings with your Private Serviced Office and can always book more on a chargeable basis, if you need.
Huddle’s Private Serviced Offices scale from a single desk right up to a room for 50 people, so there’s a fit whatever the size of your team, from a solo founder to a full department. If you’re at the bigger end and fancy your own front door too, take a look at Huddle Enterprise; if you’re smaller and want more flexibility, Coworking might suit better.
Every Huddle location runs on fibre internet delivered by NEOS Networks, with a standard speed of 100 Mbps and WiFi reaching every corner of the building, from offices and Meeting Rooms to reception, cafés, rooftop terraces and breakout zones.
Need more for your team? Bandwidth can be upgraded to 200 Mbps (from £400 a month), 400 Mbps (from £500 a month) or a full 1 Gbps (from £1,000 a month), all running on a Cisco-certified network with redundant circuits so your connection holds up when it matters. Get in touch to talk through the right speed for your space.
Enterprise FAQs
Huddle Enterprise is a fully private, self-contained office with your own front door and your own address: everything you love about a Private Serviced Office, minus the sharing. It’s built for growing teams who want their own turf, without the cost or headache of fitting out an office from scratch.
A Private Serviced Office is your own room inside a shared building. You’re still sharing the front door and communal spaces with everyone else. Enterprise gives you an entire self-contained floor or suite, your own entrance and a fully bespoke fit-out including a kitchen and meeting room, so it looks and feels like your business, not a shared serviced building.
It depends on size and location, but every Enterprise office is one fixed monthly cost: no surprise invoices, no small print, covering WiFi, utilities, cleaning, security and maintenance. Get in touch and we can have a chat based on your team and your preferred postcode.
Enterprise spaces currently run from around 20 desks up to 64, so it’s built for teams that have properly outgrown a Private Serviced Office but aren’t ready to go it alone in their own building. Smaller team? Take a look at Serviced Offices or Coworking instead.
Go for it! Enterprise is the one Huddle space that’s genuinely yours to design, from layout to branding to finish. We’ll sort the practical stuff (WiFi up to 1Gbps, utilities, the works) so you can focus on making it look like your business, not ours.
The lot: WiFi, utilities, cleaning, security and maintenance are all handled by our onsite team, under one simple agreement with a fixed monthly cost and there’s no CAPEX or fit-out bill before you move in. Fancy coffee, fruit, or breakfast on top? That’s available too, for a little extra.
Unlike our other workspaces, Enterprise isn’t limited to just three locations. Because it doesn’t rely on Huddle’s Coworking facilities, we can flex it across the wider Romulus property portfolio. Right now that means availability in the City of London, Hammersmith and Fulham, but that list moves as new space comes online. Don’t see what you need? Get in touch and we’ll see what’s possible.
Huddle Enterprise is part of the Romulus portfolio and because Romulus owns and manages its own London buildings rather than leasing space from someone else, it sets us apart from a typical managed office provider. Our Enterprise offices have been home to the likes of Tesla, SoftServe, IGLU.com, and XYi Designs. Good company, if we do say so ourselves.
Meeting Room FAQs
Meeting Rooms start from £30 an hour and boardrooms from £75 an hour, both bookable Monday to Friday, 8:30am–6pm. Dedicated Desk and Private Serviced Office members receive a monthly allowance of Meeting Rooms whilst Virtual Office get a discount on bookings. Check our Dedicated Desk and Private Serviced Office plans for the details.
Nope, anyone can book a Meeting Room or boardroom, member or not, so it’s a solid option if you just need somewhere smart for a single client meeting or interview.
Check availability and book straight online, or through the Huddle App, at any of our three locations. Not sure which size room you need? Give the team a shout beforehand and they’ll point you in the right direction. And don’t forget, we offer catering from our Huddle Cafés too, so you can sort the room and the snacks in one go.
Everything from four-person pods and interview rooms up to full boardrooms for 16 people and Event Spaces that seat up to 45 in an auditorium layout. Whatever the headcount, there’s a Meeting Room, boardroom, or event space for it at Hammersmith, Fulham and Wimbledon.
Every room comes with large screens and fully integrated AV, fast enterprise-grade fibre WiFi and the extras: cables, flipcharts, the usual suspects, so you can turn up and present without lugging your own kit across London.
All three, Hammersmith, Fulham and Wimbledon, have Meeting Rooms and Boardrooms ready to book. What that looks like varies by location, though. Have a look here and we’ll point you to the right space for your event.
For smaller sessions, a Meeting Room or Boardroom will do the job nicely. For training days, workshops, or anything with a bigger guest list, our Event Spaces can handle up to around 45 people, auditorium-style. Get in touch and we’ll help you find the right fit.
Dedicated Desk and Private Serviced Office members receive a Meeting Room allowance each month. Rooms are however chargeable for Coworking Members, so it’s worth factoring in if you’ll need extra space regularly.
Yes, catering is available for Meeting Room bookings at every Huddle location, though exactly what’s on offer depends on the set-up of the Huddle Café at that site. Get in touch ahead of your booking and the team will talk you through what’s available wherever you’re meeting.
Virtual Office FAQs
Same as everything else at Huddle: one calendar month. Every membership works to a one-month cancellation policy, so you can take a Virtual Office from £70 a month, keep it as long as it’s useful and give us a month’s notice whenever you’re ready to stop.
All three: Hammersmith (3 Shortlands, W6 8DA), Fulham (The Fulham Centre, SW6 1AH) and Wimbledon (4 Queens Road, SW19 8ND). Pick whichever address suits your business and looks best on the letterhead.
A Huddle Virtual Office gives your business a proper London address, mail handling, and, on the higher tiers, someone answering your calls: no desk required. It’s a favourite with remote and home-based businesses who want to look the part at Hammersmith, Fulham, or Wimbledon, without paying for a Private Serviced Office they don’t need.
Plans start from £70 a month for Huddle Mail (your address and mail, sorted), step up to £165 a month for Huddle VO (add a phone number and call handling) and top out at £200 a month for Huddle VO Pro (throw in 5 days of Coworking and event invites too). Have a browse and see which one fits. You’ll also get discounts on Meeting Room bookings should you need to host clients in person.
Huddle Mail (from £70/month) is your business address plus mail forwarding and scanning. Huddle VO (from £165/month) adds a dedicated phone number and call transfer or message-taking. Huddle VO Pro (from £200/month) adds 5 days of Coworking a month, event invites and physical office access: basically a stepping stone towards a Private Serviced Office once you’re ready for one.
Yes, add Companies House registration to Huddle Mail for an extra £15 a month and you’re sorted for a compliant registered address. Worth noting this isn’t legal or accountancy advice, so double-check your specific requirements with Companies House or your accountant before you register.
Only from Huddle VO upwards (£165/month). A dedicated number with call transfer or message-taking and voicemail is included there, but not on the entry-level Huddle Mail plan, which covers address and mail only.
Huddle VO Pro members (from £200/month) get 5 days of Coworking a month thrown in and every Virtual Office member can book Meeting Rooms and Boardrooms separately whenever they need somewhere to meet in person.
A Virtual Office gets you an address, mail handling and optional call answering from £70 a month: no desk included below the Pro tier. A Private Serviced Office is a physical, lockable room from £500 a month, all bills included. Plenty of businesses start with a Virtual Office and move into a Serviced Office once they’ve outgrown working from the kitchen table.
