Give Back This Christmas with Huddle Hammersmith: Support Hammersmith & Fulham Foodbank

This Christmas, we’re inviting our Huddle Hammersmith community to come together and support local families facing hardship. Throughout December, we’ll be collecting non-perishable food donations for Hammersmith & Fulham Foodbank, helping provide comfort and essential support during a time when it’s needed most.

How You Can Get Involved

Bring any non-perishable, in-date items and add them to our Christmas collection point at the Huddle Hammersmith reception desk by Friday 19th December. We’ll ensure everything is delivered directly to Hammersmith & Fulham Foodbank.

Your donations help create emergency food parcels that offer immediate support to individuals and families in crisis this winter.

What to Donate

The foodbank especially welcomes items such as:

• Tinned vegetables, pulses, soups, meat, or fish
• Pasta, rice, breakfast cereals, long-life milk, tea, or coffee
• Jars of sauces, jam, spreads, biscuits, and snacks
• Tinned fruit, beans, lentils, and pasta sauces
• Toiletries, nappies, sanitary products, and pet food

Each item helps create a balanced and supportive food parcel for someone in need.

Why This Matters

Families across Hammersmith & Fulham are facing increasing financial pressure due to rising living costs, unexpected emergencies, and changes in employment. The foodbank provides emergency food parcels, essential household items and practical guidance, helping ease that burden and offering a lifeline in difficult moments.

How Donations Are Used

All donated goods are carefully sorted and packed into food parcels that typically provide three days of meals. When possible, parcels may also include toiletries and other essentials.

Beyond food support, the foodbank team offers advice and connects people with further resources to help them navigate challenging times.
