Join us for a practical, hands-on posture workshop with Mikael from Optimal Spine, designed to help you move better, sit smarter and feel the difference day to day. Through simple techniques and guided exercises, you’ll learn how to improve alignment, reduce tension and build habits that actually stick.

Better posture isn’t just about sitting up straight. It can boost energy, reduce strain, improve focus and make long desk days far more comfortable.
What to expect:
- 12:00 – 1:00pm: Drop-in spinal checks (5–10 mins per person)
- 1:00 – 1:40pm: Interactive workshop session
- 1:40 – 2:30pm: Additional spinal checks
Pop in around meetings and we will be strolling around workspaces too. The format is designed to be flexible.
About Mikael
Mikael Porath Petersen is a chiropractor at Optimal Spine with over 25 years’ experience helping people move, feel and function better.
His journey began after a personal back injury, which led him to discover the powerful impact spinal care can have — not just for pain relief, but for unlocking the body’s full potential. Since graduating from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in 1997, Mikael has worked with everyone from elite athletes (including the Danish National Football Team) to individuals dealing with everyday desk-related strain.
Today, his focus is on posture, movement and long-term spinal health, with a particular interest in how foot mechanics and gait affect the whole body. He’s a regular speaker across London, sharing practical, preventative advice on how small lifestyle changes can make a big difference.
