Aimée Jeffs is a Strength Coach (and mother of four) with 12 year’s of coaching experience, specialising in helping real people – women in particular – achieve practical, sustainable health and strength goals.

Her approach is rooted in lived experience; from overcoming challenges with weight and nutrition to discovering strength training principles that support a healthy, capable body.
Aimée now works with men and women from their 20s to 70s, including those navigating menopause, helping them build muscle, improve nutrition, and establish routines that support long-term health and wellbeing.
Join us on Wednesday 26th November between 12-1pm to hear Aimee’s tips and advice on keeping healthy in the workplace. There will be goody bags and freebies too!
