Wear It Green at Huddle Hammersmith💚

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re inviting everyone at Huddle Hammersmith to wear something green on Thursday 14th May 2026 and help raise awareness for mental wellbeing.

Green is the recognised colour of mental health awareness, symbolising hope, strength and support. Whether it’s a bold green jumper, a subtle scarf or just a pair of socks, every splash of colour helps spark conversation and show solidarity.

Why It Matters

Mental health is something we all have and workplace wellbeing matters. Busy schedules, deadlines, pressure and everyday stress can affect anyone, no matter their role or industry.

When people feel supported, connected and able to speak openly, it can have a positive impact on confidence, focus, creativity and overall wellbeing.

The workplace plays a big part in our daily lives, so creating an environment where people feel comfortable, included and looked after really matters. Sometimes it’s the small things – a friendly check-in, taking a proper break, stepping away from the screen or simply knowing support is there – that make the biggest difference.

At Huddle, we believe workspaces should support wellbeing just as much as productivity. That means creating spaces where people can do their best work, build genuine connections and feel part of a positive community.

How to Take Part

  • Wear something green on Thursday 14th May
  • Check in with a colleague or neighbour
  • Start a conversation about wellbeing
  • Donate to the Mental Health Foundation if you’d like to support the cause
  • Most importantly: you’re not alone

Mental health affects how we think, feel and cope with daily life. Just like physical health, it can change over time and be influenced by work pressures, stress, relationships, finances or life events.

Everyone experiences ups and downs, and looking after your mental wellbeing is just as important as looking after your physical health.

If things feel overwhelming, help is available and you do not have to manage it alone.
