Reset & Recharge Breathwork & Meditation
Wednesday 20 May | 12:30 – 13:15 | The Library

Step away from your desk and find your centre with our lunchtime breathwork and meditation workshop for Mental Health Awareness Month.
We are delighted to welcome back Eve Pettitt to lead this session, designed to help you quiet the mental chatter and hit the reset button during a busy week.
Why Breathwork & Meditation Matter
Modern working life can be fast-paced, demanding and mentally draining. Breathwork and meditation are simple but powerful tools that can help reduce stress, calm the nervous system, improve concentration and support emotional wellbeing.
Even a short pause to breathe deeply and slow down can help lower anxiety, boost energy levels and create more headspace. Making time for moments like this during the working day can have a real impact on both wellbeing and productivity.
Guided by Eve Pettitt
Many of you will already know Eve as one of our resident artists here at Huddle Hammersmith, but she is also a highly experienced yoga and wellness practitioner.
With over 25 years of practice and certifications from the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance, Eve brings a deep, calm expertise to her workshops, helping people “dive deep to emerge clearer.”
Find Your Calm
In the quiet surroundings of The Library, Eve will guide you through techniques to lower stress levels, improve focus, and restore your energy. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and ready to take on the afternoon.
Spaces are limited to ensure a peaceful atmosphere, so please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and prepare for your mid-week restoration. No need to bring anything – all equipment provided.
