Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have an established practice, these weekly sessions offer the perfect opportunity to step away from your screen, reconnect with your body and enjoy a moment of calm before the workday gets into full swing.

Our classes are taken by Kara Colegrave from Paloma Yoga and whether you’re a beginner or seasonal yogi, our classes are designed for everyone.

Expect a welcoming and supportive atmosphere where you can switch off from emails, connect with fellow members and leave feeling refreshed, focused and ready for the day ahead.
