Breathing Workshop with Emma followed by lunch by Calo

Take a moment to pause….properly in celebration of World Health Day.

Join us for a 45-minute guided breathing workshop with Emma at 1pm, designed to help you reset, refocus and feel more grounded. In a world of constant notifications and non-stop to-do lists, learning how to breathe well isn’t just nice to have, it’s essential. Conscious breathing can help reduce stress, improve focus, boost energy and support overall wellbeing (yes, your body will thank you).

After the session, stick around for a nourishing lunch from Calo at 1:45pm, the perfect way to refuel, recharge and connect with fellow members.

We’ll be hosting this on the roof (weather permitting) for maximum calm. If the British weather does its thing, we’ll move indoors and keep you posted.
